1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing or using Bepari, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. About Bepari
Bepari is a business-management application intended to help small shopkeepers and small business owners organize everyday business records. Its features may include bahi khata, income and expense records, shopping lists, products, suppliers, purchases, purchase-price history, reports, search, PDF and Excel export, multiple shops, Google Drive backup and restore, and other utilities available within the app.
Bepari is a practical record-management tool. It is not an official GST or tax filing system, a bank or financial institution, or a replacement for professional accounting, tax or legal services.
3. Eligibility and Use
You must be legally capable of using the app as required by the laws that apply to you. A parent or guardian should supervise use where legally required.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy and completeness of information you enter;
- maintaining access to and security of your device and Google account;
- reviewing important business records and calculations;
- keeping appropriate backups of important information; and
- using Bepari lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
5. Google Account and Google Drive
Bepari may use Google Sign-In, and optional backup and restore features may use Google Drive. You remain responsible for your Google account, its security and continued availability. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Bepari cannot guarantee the permanent availability or operation of Google services.
6. Data and Backups
Bepari is designed with offline and local-data functionality. Optional cloud backup and restore may depend on Google Drive, your Google account, internet access, device conditions and service availability.
You should maintain appropriate backups of important business information. Backup and restore features cannot be guaranteed to prevent every possible data-loss scenario. Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how data is handled.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse Bepari, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the app or related services, abuse or exploit the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. User Content and Business Records
You remain responsible for the business information, records, images, notes and other content that you enter or store using Bepari. Bepari does not claim ownership of your business data or content.
9. Reports, Calculations and Information
Reports, totals, summaries, insights and calculations are provided as convenience tools. You should independently verify important financial and business information before relying on it or making decisions.
10. No Professional Advice
Bepari does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, financial or other professional advice. Where needed, seek advice from a qualified professional.
11. Availability and Changes
Features may be improved, modified, added or removed over time. While reasonable efforts may be made to keep Bepari available and useful, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
12. Third-Party Services
Certain features may depend on third-party services such as Google Sign-In and Google Drive. Those services are operated by their respective providers and are governed by their own terms and policies.
13. Intellectual Property
The Bepari app, branding, interface, and original software and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain any rights you have in your own data and content.
14. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bepari is provided on an “as available” basis. Although care is taken in developing the app, no guarantee is made that every feature, calculation or service will always be available, complete, accurate or free from errors.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, service interruptions, device problems, third-party services or user-entered information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Stopping Use
You may stop using and uninstall Bepari at any time. Where available, you may use relevant in-app controls to delete app data. Uninstalling the app may remove locally stored data, but it may not automatically remove backups stored in your Google Drive; those can be managed through your Google account. See the Privacy Policy for further details.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the app, services or applicable requirements change. When material changes are made, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated. Please review these Terms periodically.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to users under applicable law.
